Very predictable result when second ranked Brose Baskets (25-5) won against on the road 11th ranked TBB Trier (12-19) 69-63 on Thursday. TBB Trier was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Brose Baskets made 8 blocks. It was a good game for American guard Jamar Smith (191-87, college: S.Indiana, agency: KMG Sports Management) who led his team to a victory with 18 points. Trinidad and Tobago-American center D'or Fischer (211-81, college: W.Virginia) contributed with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 blocks for the winners.
