Rather predictable result when ninth ranked Litija (11-14) smashed on the road 12th ranked Postojna (7-18) 83-57 on Friday. The game without a history. Litija led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Postojna's 24. Forward Nebojsa Cukovic (202-86) fired 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. point guard Jure Span (189-95) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four Litija players scored in double figures. Litija's coach Dzemo Ibisi felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Stanko Rajcic (206-86) produced 21 points and 9 rebounds and guard Savo Milovic (194-86) added 9 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Litija moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Elektro Gorenjska. Postojna lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with 18 games lost. Litija will meet at home bottom-ranked Koper (#14) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Postojna will play against Terme Olimia in Podcetrtek and hope to secure a win.
