Everything went according to plan when second ranked P.Zvaigzdes (21-12) defeated 5th ranked Neptunas (13-4) in Pasvalys 81-68 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by P.Zvaigzdes. Neptunas managed to win third quarter 23-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. 27 personal fouls committed by Neptunas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for center Egidijus Dimsa (205-85) who led his team to a victory with 8 points and 16 rebounds. Forward Zygimantas Jonusas (201-82) contributed with 20 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners.
