Regular Season Round 30: Aliaga - Turk Telekom 65-75

Everything went according to plan when eleventh ranked Turk Telekom (12-18) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Aliaga (3-27) 75-65. The game was mostly controlled by Turk Telekom. Aliaga was better in fourth quarter 19-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Umit Sonkol (206-82) who scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Serbian guard Vuk Radivojevic (196-83) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists. Turk Telekom's coach Ertugrul Erdogan allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Ceyhun Altay (196-86, agency: Court Side) who recorded 18 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Ali Isik (206-90) added 9 points and 12 rebounds respectively. Turk Telekom maintains eleventh position with 12-18 record, which they share with TED Kolejliler. Aliaga lost thirteenth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 27 lost games.
