Szolnok made it look easy as they marched past Kormend to the first win in the quarterfinals. Szolnok led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Kormend to just 5 points in first quarter. They outrebounded Kormend 43-28 including a 32-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Szolnok looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. International swingman David Vojvoda (196-90, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) fired 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners.
