Semi-Finals Game 1: Szolnok - Kaposvari 76-64

Szolnok edged visiting Kaposvari to go 1-0 up on their opponents in the semifinals. The game was mostly controlled by Szolnok. Kaposvari managed to win fourth quarter 25-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Szolnok looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The former international center Marton Bader (212-80, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) stepped up and scored 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and Serbian forward Strahinja Milosevic (203-85, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. Four Szolnok players scored in double figures. At the losing side Bahamas forward Bennet Davis (206-84, college: Northeastern, agency: KMG Sports Management) responded with 14 points and 7 rebounds and the former international Marton Fodor (191-81, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) scored 8 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
