There was a minor upset when Aabyhoj (0-3) was defeated on the road by Falcon (1-1) 76-71 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 27-20 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Guard Sarah Mortensen (183-97) had a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and guard Elisabeth Hansen (176-93) chipped in 29 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. American point guard Nicole Ballestero (173-92, college: Vanguard) responded with 31 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and forward Kia Fisker (185-95) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds.
