The game in Aabyhoj supposed to be also quite interesting. Lemvig (1-1) played at the court of Aabyhoj (0-3). Lemvig smashed Aabyhoj 90-67 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Lemvig. Aabyhoj managed to win fourth quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Lemvig had a 39-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Lemvig made 7 blocks. U.S. Virgin Islands-American swingman Natalie Day (182-90, college: Portland) had a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!) and 19 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Joanna Miller (173-91, college: Grambling St.) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists during the contest. Five Lemvig players scored in double figures. Power forward Caroline Wich (185-96) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and American point guard Nicole Ballestero (173-92, college: Vanguard) scored 14 points and 5 assists. Aabyhoj's coach Thomas Johansen gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
