Very expected game when Rapid (1-3) was crushed on the road by Brasov (3-1) 74-51 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 74-51. Brasov keeps a position of league leader, which they share with 6 other teams. Loser Rapid dropped to the tenth place with three games lost. Brasov will face Targu Mures on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Rapid will play against Cluj Napoca and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
