Everything went according to plan when top-ranked Bayern Muenchen (4-0) outplayed on the road 13th ranked Phoenix Hagen (1-3) 97-74 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Bayern Muenchen. Phoenix Hagen was better in second period 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with ALBA and Art.Dragons. Phoenix Hagen lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth place with three games lost. Bayern Muenchen will face BG Goettingen (#15) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them.
