Regular Season Round 3: TED Kolejliler - Usak 88-84

Not a big story in a game when Usak (0-3) lost to TED Kolejliler (2-1) in Ankara 84-88 on Saturday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts trailed by 6 points after three quarters before their 29-19 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Clay Tucker (196-80, college: Wisc.-Milwaukee, agency: Beo Basket) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 5 rebounds. Serbian power forward Vanja Plisnic (207-80, agency: Beo Basket) accounted for 12 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. American forward Justin Carter (193-87, college: Creighton) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import point guard Chris Warren (178-88, college: Mississippi) added 21 points respectively for Usak in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. TED Kolejliler will meet Banvit BK (#4) in the next round. Usak will play against Darussafaka and hopes to get finally their first victory.
