Rather expected game when 9th ranked Baskets Grunberg (1-4) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Lichterfelde (3-2) 61-51 on Saturday. Baskets Grunberg was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 20-7 charge of Lichterfelde, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Baskets Grunberg to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Lichterfelde dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Baskets Grunberg's 24. They outrebounded Baskets Grunberg 49-33 including 17 on the offensive glass.
