The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of SISU (2-1) in Copenhagen on Sunday night. Hosts were edged by sixth ranked Falcon (2-3) 57-56. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of SISU. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But SISU won fourth quarter 18-11. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Guard Sarah Mortensen (183-97) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and guard Elisabeth Hansen (176-93) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. Falcon's coach Manuel Eugenio used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Kiki Lund (177-83, college: Dayton) responded with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and swingman Katrine Dyszkant (183-86) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds. Falcon moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Amager. Defending champion SISU keeps the third position with one game lost. Falcon will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. SISU will play on the road against Aabyhoj and is hoping to win this game.
