Bottom-ranked Craiova is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their ninth consecutive match to seventh ranked Timisoara (5-4) 102-63. Timisoara dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Craiova's 34. They outrebounded Craiova 51-26 including a 29-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Timisoara players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Craiova's players. Craiova was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. They maintain seventh place with 5-4 record, which they share with Brasov. Craiova at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost. Timisoara will play against higher ranked Galati (#6) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Craiova will play against ICIM Arad (#5) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
