Regular Season Round 9: s.Oliver Baskets - Chemnitz 74-44

ProA top team - s Oliver Baskets (8-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed thirteenth ranked BV Chemnitz 99 (3-6) in Wuerzburg 74-44. The game was mostly controlled by s Oliver Baskets. BV Chemnitz 99 was better in second period 12-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. s Oliver Baskets dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to BV Chemnitz 99's 22. It was a good game for American swingman Jason Dourisseau (196-83, college: Nebraska) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. American forward Andre Calvin (201-85, college: Drake) answered with 8 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import point guard Virgil Matthews (188-83, college: Montana, agency: Court Side) added 2 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for BV Chemnitz 99. s Oliver Baskets maintains first place with 8-1 record. BV Chemnitz 99 at the other side keeps the thirteenth position with six games lost. s Oliver Baskets' next round opponent will be Science City Jena (#5) on the road.
