Rather expected game in Istanbul where Botas (1-2) was defeated by Galatasaray (3-0) 77-60. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Galatasaray forced 19 Botas turnovers. It was a good game for American center Kelsey Bone (193-91, college: Texas A&M) who led her team to a victory with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Montenegrin center Jelena Dubljevic (191-87, agency: Josep and Nicolas) contributed with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Five Galatasaray players scored in double figures.
