Everything could happen in Ankara at the game between two tied teams. Both sixteenth ranked Pertevniyal and 14th ranked Mamak DSI had identical 2-4 record. But Mamak DSI was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Istanbul 82-77 on Saturday night. Pertevniyal (3-4) moved-up to ninth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Mamak DSI keeps the fourteenth position with five games lost. Pertevniyal will face higher ranked Gediz (#5) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Mamak DSI will play against Yesilgiresun (#13) in Giresun and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
