Everything could happen in Dnepropetrovsk at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Dnipro and 6th ranked Ferro-ZNTU had identical 4-3 record. This time Dnipro used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Zaporozhye 88-67 on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Dnipro. Ferro-ZNTU was better in third quarter 16-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dnipro forced 21 Ferro-ZNTU turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Dnipro (5-3) moved-up to third place, which they share with Cherkasy and Mykolaiv. Loser Ferro-ZNTU keeps the sixth position with four games lost. Dnipro will face Hoverla (#9) in Frankivsk in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Ferro-ZNTU will play at home against BC Kyiv and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
