American forward Chelsey Lee (188-89, college: Rutgers) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds and the other American import forward Trudy Armstead (185-91, college: Northwestern St.) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for ICIM Arad. They maintain fifth place with 8-2 record. Galati lost their third game in a row. They keep the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with Timisoara and Brasov. ICIM Arad will meet at home Brasov (#7) in the next round. Galati will play against Alexandria and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
