The game with biggest result difference took place in Panevezys. Local Lietkabelis (5-10) outscored 10th ranked Nevezis (2-13) 97-67. The game without a history. Lietkabelis led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Nevezis' 36. They outrebounded Nevezis 47-29 including 34 on the defensive glass. Lietkabelis players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Nevezis' players. It was a quality performance for Russian center Ivan Nelyubov (207-88) who led the winners and scored 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Vytenis Cizauskas (188-92) accounted for 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Forward Rytis Biliartas (200-91) came up with 12 points and 9 rebounds and forward Vaidotas Volkus (202-85, college: Redlands CC) added 13 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Nevezis in the defeat. Five Lietkabelis and four Nevezis players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Lietkabelis maintains ninth place with 5-10 record. Nevezis lost their ninth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 13 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
