Regular Season Round 7: Bosna-Royal - Leotar 57-63

Very expected game in Sarajevo where 12th ranked Bosna-Royal (1-7) was defeated by second ranked Leotar (6-1) 63-57 on Tuesday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Bosna-Royal won third quarter 15-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for forward Dejan Sakotic (194-93) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points and 5 rebounds. Serbian center Dusan Cvetkovic (205-89, agency: Beo Basket) helped adding 13 points. At the losing side center Marko Dujkovic (226-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and forward Haris Delalic (202-94) scored 14 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Leotar maintains second place with 6-1 record behind leader Spars Sarajevo. Bosna-Royal lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with seven games lost. Leotar will meet HEO (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Bosna-Royal will play against Varda HE (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
