No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Lusitania (4-3) beat 9th ranked Illiabum (2-5) in Ilhavo 75-62. It looked good early as Illiabum took an 4-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Lusitania had a 25-18 second period charge getting the lead and Illiabum was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 62-75. Lusitania made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. American forward Willis Hall (198-90, college: Charleston, agency: Court Side) fired a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. His fellow American import guard Cavel Witter (183-87, college: Creighton) chipped in 30 points. Angolan forward Sergio Correia (198-85) produced 19 points and the former international point guard Joao Figueiredo (184-79) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Lusitania moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Illiabum lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth position with five games lost.
