A very close game took place in Balikesir between Banvit BK and Anadolu Efes. Sixth ranked Banvit BK (6-3) got a very close home victory over 3rd placed Anadolu Efes (6-3). Banvit BK managed to escape with a 2-point win 76-74 in the fight for the third place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Anadolu Efes. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game.
