Bottom-ranked Rilski Sportist managed to get a second victory, breaking the six-game losing streak on Saturday night. This time they won against fourth-ranked Montana 2003 84-79. Montana 2003 trailed by 21 points after 3 quarters before a 28-12 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 79-84 at the end of the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Cleandra Roberts (183, college: LIU Brooklyn) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and guard Veronika Djikova (180-90) who added 18 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. International forward Daniela Peteva (179-89, agency: Josep and Nicolas) responded with 25 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Reneta Dikova (180-84) scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rilski Sportist (2-6) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Levski. Loser Montana 2003 keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Rilski Sportist will meet at home league's leader Haskovo 2012 in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Montana 2003 will play against Dunav 8806 in Ruse and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
