Regular Season Round 11: Lemvig - Horsholm 58-71

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Lemvig (8-2) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Horsholm (8-2) 71-58. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Lemvig. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Horsholm. Lemvig managed to win third quarter 13-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for Serbian forward Ivana Jovanovic (185-85) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Horsholm have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They used an opportunity after Lemvig lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position which they share with defeated Lemvig. Horsholm will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Lemvig will play at home against SISU and is hoping to win this game.
