Lietkabelis (6-12) outlasted Siauliai (9-7) in overtime by four points 89-85. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Siauliai. The hosts were ahead by 2 points but lost the second period ending it with a 3-point deficit before their 20-17 run, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 9-5. Lietkabelis forced 20 Siauliai turnovers. The winners were led by Russian center Ivan Nelyubov (207-88) who scored that evening 16 points and American forward Noah Dahlman (200-89, college: Wofford) supported him with 11 points and 8 rebounds. Siauliai's coach Gediminas Petrauskas rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lietkabelis maintains ninth position with 6-12 record. Siauliai at the other side keeps the fifth place with seven games lost. Lietkabelis will play against higher ranked Juventus (#4) in Utena in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Siauliai will play on the road against Dzukija in Alytus and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
