The former international Jason Detrick (195-80, college: Oklahoma, agency: Three Eye Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points and 4 assists. American swingman Bryant Matthews (201-82, college: Virginia Tech) contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American forward Maurice Barrow (196, college: Fairfield) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and naturalized German power forward Tilo Klette (206-77) added 20 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Raiffeisen Wels. Four Raiffeisen Wels players scored in double figures. Zepter Vienna maintains first place with 12-5 record, which they share with Gmunden. Raiffeisen Wels at the other side dropped to the third position with six games lost. They share it with Kapfenberg and Gussing. Zepter Vienna will play against Kapfenberg Bulls (#5) on the road in the next round. Raiffeisen Wels will play against yourgoody Dukes and hope to get back on the winning track.
