Second Stage Round 2: Dynamo-NPU - Chaika 110-60

Dynamo-NPU smashed Chaika in Kyiv 110-60. The game without a history. Dynamo-NPU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Chaika to just 7 points in third quarter. Dynamo-NPU dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Chaika's 34 and made 28-of-32 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game, while Chaika only scored five points from the stripe. They outrebounded Chaika 46-20 including a 30-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Dynamo-NPU looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Chaika's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Dynamo-NPU made 7 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Chaika helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Oksana Kisilova (188-88, agency: LBM Management) who scored 37 points (!!!). Viktoriya Kondus (170-97) chipped in 18 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). The former international swingman Iryna Tsekova (177-78) produced 24 points and 8 assists and center Olga Yatskovets (183-97) added 15 points respectively for the guests. Chaika will play next round against strong Blyskavky trying to get back on the winning streak. Dynamo-NPU will try to continue on its current victory against Suzirja in Rivne.
