BC Pharmaserv Marburg (6-10) outlasted Eisvogel Freiburg (8-8) in overtime by seven points 54-47 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Eisvogel Freiburg. Eisvogel Freiburg was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 11-10 charge of BC Pharmaserv Marburg, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 8-1. BC Pharmaserv Marburg held Eisvogel Freiburg to an opponent 22.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 33.8 percent accuracy of the winners. BC Pharmaserv Marburg forced 20 Eisvogel Freiburg turnovers.
