We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when eighth ranked Science City Jena (10-10) beat on the road 7th ranked Hamburg (11-9) 90-78 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Science City Jena. Hamburg was better in fourth quarter 24-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Science City Jena forced 27 Hamburg turnovers. American point guard David Hicks (183-88, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: LUMANI 10.7) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points and 6 rebounds. The other American import guard Brady Morningstar (190-86, college: Kansas, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners.
