There was a minor upset in Stahnsdorf where 10th ranked USC Leipzig (8-11) was defeated by twelfth ranked RSV Eintracht (8-11) 81-77 on Sunday. American point guard Travis Smith (190-91, college: Mercer) fired 17 points for the winners. Robin Jorch (208-94) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. RSV Eintracht's coach Peter Guenschel used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American center Khalil Kelley (203-91, college: Pacific) produced 19 points and 6 rebounds and American-Honduran guard Christopher Flores (188-90, college: NJIT) added 17 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. RSV Eintracht moved-up to tenth place in Group North, which they share with Leipzig and BSW Sixers. RSV Eintracht will face higher ranked Itzehoe (#8) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
