Leader Denizli delivered the seventeenth victory. This time they beat 12th ranked ITU Istanbul (8-13) 76-59. Denizli dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to ITU Istanbul's 24. It was a good game for American Tyler Stone (203-91, college: SE Missouri St.) who led his team to a victory with 21 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Osiris Eldridge (191-88, college: Illinois St.) contributed with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Four Denizli players scored in double figures. American forward Marshall Moses (198-89, college: Oklahoma St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Ozgur Sahin (190-93) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for ITU Istanbul. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Denizli maintains first place with 17-4 record, which they share with Buyukcekmece. ITU Istanbul at the other side keeps the twelfth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Final Genclik. Denizli will play against Gelisim (#9) in Izmir in the next round and are hoping to win another game. ITU Istanbul's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Istanbul to the arena Istanbul DSI.
