TKBL top team - Galatasaray (16-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat ninth ranked Mersin (7-11) 87-72. The game was mostly controlled by Galatasaray. Mersin was better in third quarter 25-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Galatasaray dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Mersin's 26 and made 25-of-32 charity shots (78.1 percent) during the game. Galatasaray forced 19 Mersin turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists.
