Very expected game in Aarhus where 10th ranked Aalborg (2-22) was crushed by second ranked Bakken (19-3) 90-53 on Thursday. The game without a history. Bakken led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Bakken outrebounded Aalborg 55-29 including a 39-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Aalborg's players. The best player for the winners was the former international center Chris Christoffersen (218-79, college: Oregon) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. International center Jonas Zohore Bergstedt (210-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Four Bakken players scored in double figures. Bakken's coach Ville Tuominen felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Trey Sumler (188, college: W.Carolina, agency: Two Points) who recorded 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American-Kittitian guard Javorn Farrell (196-90, college: UTPA) added 19 points respectively.
