Regular Season Round 24: Wolfpack - SISU 76-73

Seventh-ranked SISU (9-15) gave a tough game to fourth ranked Wolfpack (15-8) in Copenhagen on Friday. Wolfpack managed to secure only three-point victory 76-73. However their fans expected easier game. The hosts trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 76-73. Wolfpack forced 25 SISU turnovers. Americans were the main players on the court. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Ryan White (180-88, college: Texas St.) who helped to win the game recording 25 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and forward Jyles Smith (206-92, college: Savannah St.) who added 10 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Darryl Partin (198-87, college: Boston U.) with 25 points and forward Joe Benjamin (200-83, college: W.Virginia St.) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Wolfpack moved-up to third place, which they share with Svendborg. SISU lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 15 games lost. They share it with Horsholm. Wolfpack is looking forward to face Svendborg (#4) at home in the next round. SISU will play against Randers and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
