Rather expected game when 12th ranked BV Chemnitz 99 (9-15) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Kirchheim Knights (11-13) 87-83. It was a good game for American Benjamin Beran (201-84, college: S.Dakota St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Center Enosch Wolf (216-90, college: Connecticut) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Four Kirchheim Knights players scored in double figures. American Levi Knutson (191-88, college: Colorado, agency: Octagon Europe) replied with 28 points and his fellow American import guard Stacy Wilson (190-90, college: Murray St.) added 21 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) in the effort for BV Chemnitz 99. Kirchheim Knights moved-up to ninth place. BV Chemnitz 99 at the other side keeps the twelfth position with 15 games lost. Kirchheim Knights' next round opponent will be higher ranked Science City Jena (#5) on the road and it may be quite challenging game. BV Chemnitz 99 will play against SC Rasta Vechta (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
