We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 9th ranked Satu Mare (10-16) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Targu Mures (9-17) 69-59. Satu Mare was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 22-11 charge of Targu Mures, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 19 Satu Mare turnovers.
