The game with biggest result difference took place in Trebinje. Local Leotar (14-5) outscored 9th ranked HEO (7-12) 75-55 on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Leotar. HEO was better in fourth quarter 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding HEO to just 6 points in second quarter. They outrebounded HEO 45-30 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Guard Stefan Mijovic (191-95) fired a double-double by scoring 10 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Serbian guard Miljan Radisavljevic (190-88) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists. Four Leotar players scored in double figures. Serbian swingman Danilo Negovanovic (194) produced 14 points and 7 rebounds and Montenegrin point guard Darko Kastratovic (189-88, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Leotar maintains second place with 14-5 record having four points less than leader Spars Sarajevo. Newly promoted HEO keeps the ninth position with 12 games lost. Leotar will face bottom-ranked Varda HE (#12) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. HEO will play against Mladost and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
