Leader Sf.Gheorghe delivered the twenty fourth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 14th ranked Rapid (1-25) 102-36 in Bucuresti. The game without a history. Sf.Gheorghe led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Rapid to just 5 points in second and third quarters. Sf.Gheorghe dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Rapid's 26 and had 26 for 37 from the free-throw line, while Rapid only scored seven points from the stripe.
