Four Istanbul Universitesi players scored in double figures. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Abdullah Gul. They maintain second place with 17-3 record behind leader Galatasaray. Istanbul Universitesi lost their third game in a row. They keep the fifth position with seven games lost. Abdullah Gul will face Ormanspor (#13) in Ankara in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Istanbul Universitesi will play at home against Hatay (#12) and hope to win that game.
