The game between Top Four teams took place in Sofia. First ranked host Lukoil Acad. (18-1) defeated 4th placed Rilski (11-7) 91-83. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 29-18. But Rilski won second period 22-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lukoil Acad. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Four Rilski players scored in double figures. Lukoil Acad. have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 18-1 record. Rilski at the other side dropped to the fifth position with seven games lost. Lukoil Acad. are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Spartak Pleven (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
