Everything went according to plan in Carcavelos where second ranked Lombos Quinta (20-2) outscored bottom-ranked Alges (3-19) 99-38 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Lombos Quinta led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Alges to just 5 points in third quarter and to 13 points in second half. Lombos Quinta dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to Alges' 18. Lombos Quinta forced 36 Alges turnovers and outrebounded them 51-19 including a 25-4 advantage in offensive rebounds.
