UNIQA Euroleasing beat UNI Gyor to gain 1-0 lead in the semifinal series. The game without a history. MKB Euroleasing led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding UNI Gyor to just 3 points in fourth quarter. MKB Euroleasing dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to UNI Gyor's 30 and made 17-of-18 free shots (94.4 percent) during the game. MKB Euroleasing forced 21 UNI Gyor turnovers and outrebounded them 50-29 including a 35-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. MKB Euroleasing looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by UNI Gyor's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian forward Aleksandra Crvendakic (188-96) who helped to win the game recording 12 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Serbian-Bosnian center Dragana Stankovic (195-95, agency: IPSA) contributed with 9 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. MKB Euroleasing's coach Laszlo Sterbencz felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Agnes Torok (180-98) answered with 14 points and 9 rebounds and forward Krisztina Horvath (179-97) added 13 points in the effort for UNI Gyor.
