No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Ferro-ZNTU (15-15) beat 9th ranked DniproAzot (8-21) in Zaporozhye 89-74 on Monday. The hosts trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 15 points. Ferro-ZNTU made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Forward Maks Adam Konate (200-91) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Ivan Tymoschuk (190-91) contributed with 3 points, 8 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners. Four Ferro-ZNTU players scored in double figures. Forward Volodymyr Egorov (200-91) answered with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Vladyslav Kondratyev (203-90, college: Bryant) added 19 points in the effort for DniproAzot. DniproAzot's coach Valeriy Plehanov rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ferro-ZNTU have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with BC Kyiv and Cherkasy. DniproAzot at the other side keeps the ninth position with 21 games lost.
