Very expected game when 15th ranked Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (10-22) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (16-16) 94-79 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 11-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 94-79. EnBW Ludwigsburg looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Eisbaeren Bremerhaven was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The game was also dominated by American players. EnBW Ludwigsburg will face higher ranked Deutsche Bank Skyliners (#6) in Frankfurt in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
