Lugano Tigers snatched a narrow road win over Neuchatel in the semifinals opener. Neuchatel cut a 13-point halftime deficit to three at the end of the game. The former international power forward Jonathan Dubas (202-91) fired 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners.
