Regular Season Round 3: Bakken - SISU 107-82

Bakken (3-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed SISU (0-3) in Aarhus 107-82. The game without a history. Bakken led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 20 long-distance shots on high 58.8 percentage. Bakken looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by SISU's players. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Morten Sahlertz (198-89) who scored 26 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Spanish point guard Carles Bivia (189-85) chipped in 19 points and 6 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was international forward Frederik Rungby (199-93) who recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Devin Cherry (190, college: Cornell) added 12 points and 5 assists respectively. Four Bakken and five SISU players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bakken will meet Horsholm (#5) on the road in the next round. SISU will play against Svendborg and hopes to get finally their first victory.
