Regular Season Round 3: Usak - Darussafaka 72-70

A very close game took place in Usak between Usak and Darussafaka. Usak (2-0) got a very close home victory over Darussafaka (1-3). Usak managed to escape with a 2-point win 72-70 on Monday evening. Usak forced 19 Darussafaka turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for American guard D'Angelo Harrison (193, college: St.John's) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Can Korkmaz (187-92, agency: Beo Basket) accounted for 13 points for the winning side. International swingman Emir Preldzic (205-87, agency: Beo Basket) came up with 7 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American swingman Reggie Redding (196-88, college: Villanova) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Darussafaka in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Usak will meet Torku Konyaspor (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Darussafaka will play against TED Kolejliler (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
