TBL top team - Acibadem Uni. (4-0) managed to deliver another win on Wednesday. This time they beat seventeenth ranked Istanbul DSI (0-4) 77-64. The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 44-26 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. It was a very good performance for American power forward Sharrod Ford (206-82, college: Clemson) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds. American-Bulgarian point guard Keydren Clark (180-84, college: St.Peter's) contributed with 18 points and 6 assists for the winners. American point guard Derek Williams (185-85, college: SMU) replied with 18 points and 5 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Mikael Hopkins (206, college: Georgetown) added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Istanbul DSI. Istanbul DSI's coach let to play twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Acibadem Uni. have a solid four-game winning streak. Newly promoted Acibadem Uni. maintains first position with 4-0 record, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Istanbul DSI still closes the standings with four games lost.
