Everything went according to plan in Bursa where sixth ranked Sakarya BSB (4-1) beat 13th ranked Final Genclik (1-4) 76-61. The game without a history. Sakarya BSB led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Sakarya BSB forced 21 Final Genclik turnovers. Forward Kerem Ozkan (201-88) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. American Sean Evans (203-88, college: St.John's) contributed with 20 points for the winners. American guard Demarius Bolds (193-84, college: Missouri Western) answered with 17 points and 4 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and the other American import forward Justin Knox (205-89, college: N.Carolina) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Final Genclik. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for Sakarya BSB. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Akhisar Bld and Socar Petkim. Final Genclik at the other side keeps the thirteenth position with four games lost. Sakarya BSB's next round opponent will be Adanaspor (#16) at home which should be an easy win for them. Final Genclik will play against Balikesir and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
